1. Who we are
The website maximtsalkin.com and the programs offered on it are operated by Tsalkin Global Solutions LLC, a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, USA ("we", "us"). Address: 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. Email: refund @ tsalkin.com. By purchasing or using our programs, you agree to these Terms.

2. Our services
We provide online business education and mentoring programs led by Maxim Tsalkin. Programs are delivered live online via Zoom and may include group sessions, session recordings, a private participant chat and supporting materials. Each program's format, schedule and price are described on the website. We may adjust session dates or content; we will notify participants in advance of any material change to a paid program.

3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase. Our programs are intended for entrepreneurs, business owners and professionals for their professional development.

4. Prices and payment
Prices are set in US dollars; amounts shown in other currencies are for reference. Payment is made at checkout through our third-party payment provider; we do not store your card details. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout. Individual programs with a higher price may be offered by separate invoice and agreement.

5. Subscriptions
Monthly programs, such as the Business Practicum, renew automatically each month on the date of your first payment until you cancel. You can cancel at any time using the link in your receipt email or by writing to refund @ tsalkin.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid month, and you keep access until then.

6. Access and delivery
Within 24 hours after payment, you will receive the session schedule, Zoom links and access to the participant chat and recordings by email or Telegram. You are responsible for a stable internet connection and a working Zoom setup. If you miss a live session, you can watch the recording where one is provided; missed sessions are not refunded except as stated in the Refund Policy.

7. Personal use
Your access is personal and non-transferable. Do not share links, recordings or materials with others, and do not record sessions without our written consent.

8. Conduct and confidentiality
Participants share real business situations in group sessions. You agree to treat other participants with respect and to keep their information confidential. We may suspend or end access for anyone who breaches these rules, without a refund for the current period.

9. Intellectual property
All program content, materials, recordings and the "Owner's Code" methodology belong to Tsalkin Global Solutions LLC. You may use them only for your own learning.

10. No guarantee of results; not professional advice
Our programs are educational. Results depend on your own actions, circumstances and effort, and we do not guarantee any specific outcome, including revenue, income or business growth. Testimonials reflect individual experiences and are not a promise of similar results. Our programs are not legal, tax, financial, medical or psychological advice or treatment; relaxation and mindset exercises are not therapy. You remain responsible for your own decisions.

11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to a program is limited to the amount you paid for that program. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including lost profits.

12. Refunds
Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

13. Privacy
We process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Before starting any dispute, please contact us at refund @ tsalkin.com so we can try to resolve it. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under the mandatory consumer laws of your country.

15. Changes
We may update these Terms and will change the effective date above when we do. Changes do not apply to periods you have already paid for.
